Registration for the 2011-2012 season is underway. The League fills quickly, so return your form early to avoid disappointment. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION - SEPT. 6, 2011

Online Registration - We apologize in advance for having such a late registration start. HOWEVER good things come to those who wait! With online registration, you can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD or by cheque. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the matter that there maybe a few hicups along the way (this is new for us too). We hope you will be pleased with the online registration.

Play Sundays between 2:30PM-5:30PM

Note – to play in the playoffs you must play at least 12 games in the regular season. It is your responsibility to legibly sign the game sheet with your name and correct number to ensure that your attendance at each game is counted.

**Full equipment, including full face shields and neck guards, must be worn. **

Fees:
Team Registration: $7000
Individual Registration: $480

Registration Notes

• Registrations are limited and will be accepted on a first-come basis. Once the league is full, your registration will be added to the waiting list.
  
• *** New this year*** Cheques post dated later than September 1, 2011 will not be accepted unless prior arrangements are made with the league treasurer.

• Your cashed cheque is your confirmation of league registration.
  
• NSF cheques will cancel your registration.
  
• Registrations will be accepted only if they are accompanied by a signed and dated waiver.
  
• Refund requests will be assessed with both an administration fee of $30 and insurance fees charges.
  
• Player must be at least 18 years of age and NOT registered with a competitive team or association. (Goalies exempted).
  
• Team lists will be posted on the league web site, once teams have been established. Lists will consist of player’s first initial and last name only. Please check the website for your team number and game schedule.
  
• Questions about the league and/or the registration process can be directed to league executive members using the contact information provided on the website.
  PLEASE NOTE: Your registration in the league is a commitment to a TEAM sport. Please consider your ability to attend most games throughout the season. Efforts will be made to honour requests to play with 1 other person. The request must be reciprocal. Registration with the NWHC is intended for females 20 years of age and older, who are not registered with a competitive team or association. Registration with a competitive team or association will void membership with the NWHC.
